分かれ目は 3 つあります。

have a hand in と have a say … hand は手を貸して関わる、
say は口を出す権利がある。どちらも体の部分が比喩になっています。
lay の 3 つ … down は敷いて定める（規則）、off は仕事から外す、
out は広げて並べる（誌面や庭）。lay は「横たえる」が芯です。
have had enough of は完了形のまま覚える … 「もう十分もらった」から
「うんざりだ」になった言い方で、時制を崩すと意味が変わります。
