0. 何が入っているか
条件をつけたり、条件を無視したりする 16 語。契約書や規約でそのまま出てくる言い回しが半分を占めます。

here-は「この書面」、there-は「先に述べたもの」を指します。herebyは目の前の文書、thereinthereofは前に出た契約や条項です。lestのあとの動詞は原形のままにします。lest it failのように、三人称でも-sを付けません。
