分かれ目は 3 つあります。
come down toとcome down with… 形が 1 語しか違いませんが、前者は
「結局〜に行き着く」、後者は「病気にかかる」。withの後ろに病名が来るかどうかで
読み分けます。come to lightとcome to mind… どちらもcome to ...（〜に至る）の形。lightは世の中に明らかになること、mindは自分の中に思い浮かぶこと。go all outとgo for broke… どちらも全力ですが、go for brokeは
失敗すれば破産（broke）も辞さないという、賭けの言い方です。
