分かれ目は 3 つあります。

be likely to と be unlikely to … un- が付くだけで意味が反転します。
not likely でも言えますが、unlikely のほうが 1 語で締まります。
be supposed to と should … どちらも「〜すべき」に近いのですが、
be supposed to は取り決めや予定でそうなっていること。
自分の判断ではなく、外から決まっている点が違います。
be worth に前置詞は要らない … be worth reading（読む価値がある）のように、
後ろに直接 -ing や名詞が来ます。worth of としません。
