似た語の分かれ目です。
abilityは身につけた力、talentは生まれ持った才能。「努力で伸びる」のはabilityのほうです。challengeは「難しいけれどやりがいのあること」。日本語の「チャレンジする」は英語ではtryやtake on a challengeと言います。
